I’m seeing this everywhere lately for some reason. Maybe someone is trying to tell me something? Or maybe I’m seeing it as I looked it up once and now Google shows me ads for it every which way. I’d bet on the later.
What is it? Blue Light. It comes from computers, iPads, phones, etc. and makes your body think that night is actually day. So levels of this and that, I am too lazy to be scientific, increase and you get wired like it is day time. Then that means, no sleep. Your body doesn’t want to sleep because it thinks it is day time. So you toss and turn for hours because your body wants to be up and about. All because you used a computer or some other device at night.
Sounds a bit hokey at first. But there is mounting evidence that it is actually true. Even those stupid environmentally friendly light bulbs have it. Those aren’t good for you anyway so I don’t use them.
I just thought I’d get that out there, as you never know, blue light could be why you aren’t sleeping, if you aren’t. For me it’s the heat, dumb apartments. They say you should stop using everything a few hours before bed. Then what would I do?
Have you ever heard of blue light? Do you think the blue light rage is true? Maybe with all the studies manufacturers will wake up and change things. Yeah right, that would cost more money, so that is never going to happen. Blue light is something to think about anyway.
Enjoy life, forget the strife.
