Customer Is Always Right?

Does anyone actually believe that any more? Was it ever true? That surely gets a big fat no from me, at least in most cases. As I now have 8 jobs on the go, if they all paid decent and regularly I’d be rich, sadly not, and have dealt with many a customer here and there. Most of whom have been dead wrong.

“Oh I don’t have to claim that. The government won’t care.” Umm errr yeah, and then you’ll get taxed up the butt and maybe even get charged.

“Doing my taxes every 6 years is okay.” Don’t come whining to me when the interest and others fees hit you.

“You can let me look in all of those. I don’t need any clearance.” Then why was I fingerprinted? Hmmm

“You should use that job to advertise other jobs.” I guess the big “No Soliciting” sign must be lying.

“I know you can go lower. I was told by a friend of a friend of friend’s dog.” Right. You know and have never ever done it.

“This is how it should go…” Heard that one a million times when really such people would find it hard walking in a straight line.

“That can’t be done.” Another said 50 million times and guess what? I did it.

I could go on all day. Do you still think they are always right? Did you ever think they are always right? I guess the whole thing must mean fake it like they are right. Even if you do kill brain cells in the process. Have you ever dealt with dead wrong customers?

Enjoy life, forget the strife.

Don’t need clearance. Yeah, good luck with that one.
The customer is always right – it was true years ago when people still had integrity. Not so anymore.

Yep, big time full of crap.

Never been in that age working, all trying to screw one over now.

I agree with Alex. There was a time when “the customer is always right” was a polite way to treat people who weren’t as selfish an underhanded as some seem to be now. Times have changed. More than just the clocks…

Yep, and far worse than clocks too
